Our studio is led by Kimber Waldorf, a boutique Pilates expert with over 30 years in the fitness industry. Kimber holds a BS in Exercise Science, PHI Comprehensive Pilates Certification, NCPT, and is an American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist. Her deep knowledge of human movement and individualized coaching informs every program at Bridge and Balance.
